Third Eye Founder, Rachael got her start in video as documentary journalist. That foundation ,coupled with a background in literature and the arts, fueled a passion to take creative and enhance it with soul.

A self-proclaimed adventurer, a seeker, a dreamer, someone who thrives in unknown and is invigorated by discovery and connection, and she thrives working with brands who embody that sense of wild and passion.

Rachael has both an MSJ and MBA, and because of her extensive experience on a variety of projects and clients from automotive, health & wellness to hospitality and lifestyle. Her experience and expertise enables her to create work that's not only that's provocative, but that actually delivers results. 

Jason Augustine is California based creative with an emphasis on visual storytelling.

He has collaborated with a variety of organizations in the fashion/active/lifestyle industry, the food and beverage industry, modeling agencies, the music industry, EV/automotive, and NPOs.

When Jason’s not shooting commercial work he spends his time shooting more docu-style work focused around people and travel.

Jason carries an FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot’s license.

Connor Dever is a passionate videographer and drone pilot based in San Diego, known for his diverse and captivating work across various industries.

With a keen eye for detail and a creative touch, Connor has made a mark in the realms of music and event capture, major lifestyle and outdoor brands, as well as travel and tourism companies.

Driven by a love for exploration, Connor is not only dedicated to his craft but also to the art of living fully.

His adventurous spirit is evident in his personal pursuits, which include traveling the world and being an avid skier. Connor's work is a testament to his commitment to storytelling and the pursuit of a vibrant and fulfilling life.

As a passionate and skilled visual effects artist and 2D/3D motion editor, Jose brings cinematic magic to life in the world of video production.

With a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity, he has honed his craft to seamlessly integrate stunning visual elements into films, commercials, and various multimedia projects.
